ALBERT IS HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE
If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would. ALBERT currently has an account linked that IS NOT MINE. I've tried repeatedly for months to get someone to "listen" but as there is only text or email option, I never get the same representative twice. Additionally, I get scripted responses. They have a FRAUDULENT account linked as my primary account. When I've tried to change it to the correct one and delete the "wrong" one I get an error message. Complete scam
Complete scam. Didn’t let me borrow for over a week but took money out after 2 and put in their “savings”. Finally got it back and then it would only let me borrow $75 after it took $79. Then a month later I find out it wasn’t cancelled and it bills me $14.99. Complete scam. Way better options out there other than Albert.

Grace period was a date in the past? I couldn’t get more information about it but I couldn’t use the $250 instant cash without saying yes. Not entirely sure what I said yes to.
