ALBERT IS HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE
If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would. ALBERT currently has an account linked that IS NOT MINE. I've tried repeatedly for months to get someone to "listen" but as there is only text or email option, I never get the same representative twice. Additionally, I get scripted responses. They have a FRAUDULENT account linked as my primary account. When I've tried to change it to the correct one and delete the "wrong" one I get an error message.
