Will unknowingly charge you
Haven't used the app for a while. Out of the blue, I'm charged by them for $9.99. No good or service provided. Looking at other reviews, it seems like they prey on people not noticing these monthly charges. Scam.

Albert is a great app. You can do just about anything from credit monitoring to cash advances instantly. I’m so happy I’ve found them. I highly recommend subscribing to the genius part of Albert app.
