I signed up for the free trial and it seemed like a good tool but not worth the money for me personally but the concept is a good one. I thought I had canceled my account, but I recently learned i did not cancel my account and I was being charged monthly for a subscription I wasnt using. At first, i was furious so I contacted customer care and they offered to refund me 1/2 of the amount that I paid in.
