What do you like best about AkkenCloud? There are a lot of different features that I haven't even touched yet. The brown bag sessions are very helpful and having them to go back to is extremely helpful as well. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I don't like that I can't unapply and reapply customer payments, a ticket has to be created for this and it takes a long time to get done. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? The reloading speed is by far the best I have seen for a cloud based application. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? When submitting timesheet the date range should automatically detect current work week and not have me filter manuallly. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I love the fact that it is user-friendly, easy to use. I also like that it has a alot of features. It truly is an all-in-one system. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the Todo List, but you can improve this function to allow for Batches of Todo's to be moved to new dates. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It does not have a lot of down time. There have been a few cases where I submitted a ticket and the problem was resolved in a way that was helpful and did not leave me with more questions. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Its interface is not userfriendly. Too many steps to complete a simple task. Completing tasks alse requires multiple tabs to be open at once. There are lag times between functions.
