When putting notes on a job or client and attaching the candidate or recruiter, you have to type in the client name, city, and state so the recruiter knows who you are talking about. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the job posting abilities as well as the time and expense accounting function. This allows us to track our consultants projects in an easier way. The candidate search features are also a big factor. Adding new people to work orders, creating new clients, adding assignments are all functions that make our process more smooth. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Akken actually has a pretty great search function and when the information is entered into the system correctly, it is amazing. Unfortunate, there are a lot of time where the information is not put in correctly or has not been updated in a very long time. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Its alot. Sometimes less is more. "Great tool and User Friendly"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Ease of use and the adaptability to our system. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Sometimes it is difficult to assure that all that are involved with a transaction or job placement are included in the steps to completion. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Akken to match candidates to our new job orders so the process of searching for qualified individuals is more efficient.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? The in depth customer profile and notes. I like that the profile holds completely different information for our Clients versus our Candidates. For Clients we can see their position, others at the company and their past communications. This helps us have more meaningful conversations. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?
