"Needs to be more user friendly"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that you can see phone numbers without clicking on the person. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Not user friendly. Hard to navigate. Needs better training and more info on how to run reports. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not noticed where Akken has helped our company. I do know that we have not used it for all of its capabilities which in part is due to user friendliness.

Software development is a rapidly evolving space and it does not feel like Akken has followed along with the changes. Calendar appointments should have a permission that allows everyone, certain people, or only the owner to update the event. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? The Edesk is nice, having everything in one spot, email, calendar, reminders, instead of tabs to click open What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? When Akken thinks I have a duplicate candidate and I do not, and I continually have to click "ok" to get from one tab to the next, and every time I open that candidate I get the same situation.
