What do you like best? The tool is very easy to use. It has been designed to be hands on in a few minutes. The administration and the set-up is really very simple. The fact that it's open source has also 2 main advantages : First a lower cost compared to the main competitors on the market. User Friendly Interface and Great Support

What do you like best? Akeneo has a user friendly UI, good support documentation and a great support team. What do you dislike? We don't have anything to complain about Akeneo so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Akeneo to enrich the content for our products on our website and printed catalog. We are being more efficient and we are having more control over our process.

Excellent Product Management for All!

What do you like best? Akeneo has provided us a solid platform to build out our product information in an efficient and scalable way that far exceeds the capabilities of our other systems which do not have PIM as a primary (or secondary) focus. Easy to use and nice features!

What do you like best? I really like the easy UI. It helped our employees find their way in the PIM very fast. What do you dislike? Some features seem unfinished and therefore are not usable for us. Also, we had a few major bugs with some older version when working on Associations which made them practically useless.
