What do you like best about Aivo? Aivo has provided an excellent chatbot solution combined with a dedicated support team. This mix has proven to be critical to start our project and introduce further services fast and reliably. In fact, we further introduced the WhatsApp channel and we trust them to provide the Livechat for personal support.

What do you like best about Aivo? La configuración del AgentBot es muy fácil y la plataforma es amigable. El servicio brindado tanto por el personal de comercialización como por el de soporte técnico es excelente, brindando acompañamiento continuo antes, durante y posterior a la implementación de la herramienta. Live es el complemento ideal para el AgentBot, en cuanto a la experiencia de usuario y satisfacción en nivel y calidad de atención.
