Total waste of time

Total waste of time. The small fees seem too good to be true. They are. Airwallex looks good from at the start but after a time consuming deep dive I find myself back at the bank.

This seemed like such a good idea. We do software and have contractors in various countries. It would save us a lot of time mostly and a chunk of the fees the banks charge us.It was impossible to get straight answers from the staff. Actually impossible. They actually refused pointed questions. Just by saying "We won't answer that!". You cannot speak with anyone at the company who knows how their system works. Stupid business, CLOSE IT DOWN

Stupid business, Closed our account because we sent money to a company that they don't approve of? What sort of bank is this? And the money refund doesn't even arrive straight away. Such an awful business. Close it down.

Unprofessional and dubious

I tried to sign up to Airwallex with my business. Terrible onboarding process, nothing automated. I was made to send them an endless stream of documents by email as they kept requesting more and more.Then, after numerous back and forth emails - they simply disappeared one day. That's right - Airwallex ghosted me. Stopped writing, stopped replying, stopped asking for more documents. Never sent any rejection or acceptance email. Powerful product

Powerful product, great service. Made it much faster and simpler to manage our internaional payments. Especially enjoying user access management.
