Thus far i have saved $1800 from 2 different transactions overseas. Which means more money for my suppliers and also faster delivery. Compared to previously using ANZ, this is lightyears ahead. Nathan (my account manager) has been fantastic and our business will continue to work with this product

Good technology but...

Good technology and the product set is excellent. Unfortunately, not completely understanding how businesses are run on a day to day mean decisions are made with respect to cash, payments, suppliers that can cause huge headaches. Business owners are then left devoting huge time trying to find out and fix things. No general contact number doesn't help.

Traditional banks in HK are so antiquated. Airwallex is so much better in terms of flexibility, accounting integration and fees. Very happy.

Stay away! Absolute timewasters!

We have been dealing with Transferwise for over 3 years now and we thought we would give Airwallex a try... What a waste of time it was! Took them a week of going back and forward with questions about our business to end up getting one line response that they "will not proceed with your application". To the straight question why we got rejected despite history of dealing with NAB, Westpac and Transferwise, we just got a reply "we are not going to provide this information".Stay away from ...
