I have scouted various business transaction account providers as required for a start-up. Airwallex was hands on the best provider on paper, and after using them for a week have to commend their people for the seamless onboarding process and support they provided.Their UX interface is user friendly and convenient, and their support staff is top-notch while being responsive.Best business transaction accounts in the world, especially if you wish to make global payments and have suppliers globally.

Anna Ersezer from the Product Team is a rockstar! Initially, I was very confused on how to use Airwallex, but they have great onboarding! Anna truly cares and she was always following up!I think Airwallex is reliable and trustworthy, although not very fast in receiving funds. Exchange rate is a lot better than traditional banks.

Airwallex is exactly what I need

Airwallex is exactly what I need to run a business with global based customers! In the past, a transaction from my US client would cost A$50ish fee + the loss in currency conversion. Now with Airwallex, I saved a lot from transaction fees and especially with the currency conversion. You can't find a better exchange rate in the market. Let alone the transactions are super fast with Airwallex. 100% would recommend to anyone who runs an international business.

Airwallex has been amazing and super simple to use for transferring funds. The rates are excellent and it is quick and easy to use. Nathan, my account manager, is incredible. His customer service is second to none. He always replies extremely quickly and has gone out of his way to make things are easier and smooth as possible. Great email support and assistance but if you want to speak to someone on the phone- its a mobile number and often goes to the voicemail and most enquiries will be resolved via email. you can book a phone appointment but it is unlikely to have available slots for the same day. However, great features for online sellers and great support.
