Highly Recommend

Airwallex has the best rates for international transactions and is very easy to use. Aside from being a great product that will save our business on FX fees, their customer service is exceptional. They are proactive in reaching out as part of the on boarding process - Anna made sure I understood exactly how the platform works, gave me tips on how to best use it for our business, and provides detailed answers to any additional questions I think of.

Outstanding customer support

The customer support from Airwallex is next level. Being able to speak directly to a real person on the phone who is so knowledgeable about the product and just super lovely (Yvia is amazing) makes such a difference. I work across currencies so Airwallex is helping to streamline my business without all the bank fees! Loving it.

A wonderful, Australian platform for Global Funds Management

I don't usually write recommendations for online platforms and tools, but this one is worth the time and effort to share. The Airwallex platform is truly great, I have looked for a Global payment solution for some time now, to avoid the harsh bank fees and bad FX rates that the Australian bank's charge, plus to make it easier for my business partners to pay into a local bank account, in AUD or USD, Airwallex has it all. Great app

My experience with Airwallex so far has been great. I have been able to save a decent amount of money on international transfers for my business. The web app itself is easy to navigate and my account manager Gary Tran has been extremely helpful in answering any queries I have.

Anna who is one of the account managers at airwallex was one of the best support people a business could get. She went above and beyond to help our business make transfers that were crucial to our suppliers and partners. Give her a raise! Fantastic product & service

Fantastic product and Incredible service - unlike anything from the big four. It's intelligent banking for businesses with customers overseas. We'll make significant savings with great FX rates and no fees plus the ability to hold currency and have local bank accounts overseas. So good, it's embarrassing we stuck with our high street bank for so long.

Intuitive system and Lauren from Airwallex is incredible

Lauren is the person to go to. She listened to what my needs were and then translated it to how Airwallex would be beneficial for my company. She took me through everything every single step of the way and made using AirWallex's systems so easy. Since moving over to Airwallex, we have saved 3% of international transactions!
