Their website and reviews showed them to be excellent. For me, however, it all fell apart even before we got to use Airwallex. The customer service is probably one of the worst I have dealt with. The on-boarding process took a long time, days, even a week between communication. The straw that broke the camel's back, was when I asked for a simple clarification and now, 2 weeks later, I'm still awaiting an answer. The "local support phone number" does now work and it hangs up on me within 10 ...

The most friendly & enjoyable team I've ever worked with.

We needed a new way to pay invoices and other suppliers overseas. After some trouble with providers we finally came across Airwallex.Their platform is amazing, but it's the little things the team does that makes me love the company as a whole. Not only was their onboarding process straight up fun, the team are so very human.It's the one team that I would voluntarily call, just because I enjoy working with them so much!10/10 would recommend.

Was very excited about this coming in. The idea just seemed cool and the rates looked really good. Just made my first transaction tho and tbh, I’m not that impressed... I sent money to a supplier in South Korea and my payment got flagged in the British Virgin Islands...??? My payment is still being held and my shipment obviously held up. Questions via email are not being answered and just forwarded. Will update this if the situation changes.

I am very much happy with Airwallex. I have been dealing with Anna and she is just the best. She will go extra mile just to help us with our account. Customer service is superb. Very proffessional and helpful. The account is very easy to use. Fees and conversetion is the best. I am looking forward to use this in our business who deals with international clients.

Airwallex is best-in-class

We have loved moving over to Airwallex for our business international funds transfers. Their customer service is first class, and they are definitely the most competitive product on the market.
