Air wallex account got terminated…

Air wallex account got terminated without notice. No reason was given but just a clause.

Slow and Unreliable Company

I applied for an account and after an endless onboarding process(1.5 months) they decided I don't fit for their services. I'm pretty sure that they even didn't check the application properly because I sent 10-15 emails in 1.5 months to get a reply from them. Their onboarding process is a complete disaster.

Easy to use, great customer service (one of the best). Love the sync to Xero. Have recommended multiple friends to get on board!

I'm a very happy Airwallex customer. Definitely recommend switching banks, especially if you deal with multiple currencies and don't like paying fees! I also really appreciate Airwallex's super helpful, proactive staff who follow up regularly until your issue or concern is solved.

Excellent customer service

I couldn't find another trustworthy provider of business bank accounts who had no fees.. Airwallex is pioneering its industry towards what customers really want. We had clear and prompt communication from the support staff who were always an email away.

A insightful introduction and useful feedback session
