Great Aussie company

We use Airwallex to solves some of our problems which it does really well (such as purchasing subscriptions in US dollars). We also utilise 'cards' which empowers the team to make purchases while also providing myself visibility. Overall, Airwallex provides great capabilities and is super simple to use.

Great experience

Great experience. I needed an account for transactions in Euros. Relatively straightforward application process and a dedicated Account Manager who has been super helpful throughout and checks in regularly to see how things are going. I had an issue with funds appearing late into my account - unrelated to Airwallex - and Adam quickly investigated, which I really appreciated.

Anna was great at explaining the functionality of Airwallex. She was supportive the whole way through the process and I like that we could talk on a personal level which I feel makes for a more comfortable experience.
