Briar was fantastic to work with and made the on-boarding process a breeze. I appreciated the initial phone call to iron out some concerns we had and the providing of documentation was all within reason and easy to do. Even when a function of the upload didn't work completely, the team were fine to receive this via email. The demo was great and straight to the point. I would recommend Airwallex to other business' also.

Best platform if you receive international payments

I have used many platforms before to receive payments internationally and have paid hefty bank fees. But with Airwallex it has been so awesome with the UI they have and the fees they charge (almost nothing) 0.3% for currency conversion. I bet if you change your payments to go from airwallex you will save a lot on intenational payments too.

Airwallex...everything banking needs!

Airwallex is such an excellent product offering, leaves the (Aust.) banks in their dust. I couldn't ask for better functionality, faster activation, or more competent support. You set a high bar, please live up to it and your competitors will never catch you!

Initially i was with another company, then I discovered Airwallex and I was hesitant at first but I couldn't be happier. Fees are clear, payments are clear, transactions coming in and out are clear. Haven't had an issue since. Very Happy

Very helpful by running through the process on a shared screen. Fantastic system - very intuitive. Rachel was warm, professional and knowledgeable.

Their customer support (Jayd) was super helpful and kindly walked me through all features and answered any questions I had. I couldn't believe how simple it was to create a bank account in the US. Actually, everything was super fast and simple including connecting it to my Xero account. Very keen to use Airwallex and see what else they come out with in the near future!

Excellent business product in market. User friendly interface. You can save heaps on transactions fees. One on one support is great. Product specialists Jayd was so helpful. Thank you for creating this awesome product
