Thank you Airwallex for such a great onboarding experience!
My Airwallex account has just been approved to help me with my overseas banking commitments. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Tash as my onboarding facilitator and she was so helpful and understanding regarding my questions. I was surprised how quickly I understood the navigation of my dashboard but I think it was Tash and her expertise that made it easier for me to understand. Thank you Airwallex for providing such great onboarding facilitation and 10 out of 10 for Tash!

Customer service blows the competition away
The product is great, service is better. I came to Airwallex after an awful customer service experience with Wise. Wise was email only, repeatedly asked the same questions, different customer service officer every time. Once I signed up with Airwallex, I was set up in only a few minutes a call with my new point of contact to take me through the features.
