I’ve been waiting for an international banking solution for my business for years and Airwallex is able to meet much of those needs. The support and service, especially from Bonnie, is excellent. She was able to bring me onboard, answer questions when needed, and proactively keeping me updated on latest features.

Airwallex has been great for us

Airwallex has been great for us, with good communication and a fairly bug-less experience. (unlike other competitors). I don't have any cons. Sometimes there are holds that require more clarification, but this is often for large transfers to new addresses. As we learn how Airwallex works, we now pre-send data about large upcoming transfers to avoid delays.

Amazing service

I've received nothing but amazing service from Airwallex especially Karen. She's been exceptionally helpful, proactive & always ready to help anytime. Had a bit of a hiccup last month due to third party bank issues, but was glad Karen was there to assist me without any delays on her end. So glad she's here to assist me!
