Very good company. Nice communication with their staff , rate is much more reasonable. The system and app very easy to use as well. Highly recommend!!!!!

Amazing!

We moved away from Rapyd to Airwallex. The level of service just went up significantly. Instead of a generic support email, we got a dedicated account manager, who was able to onboard us smoothly and answer question almost instantaneously. So far, really good!

So far ok.. But there is 1x Airwallex have problem that we can not send money to Philippines, it's not our fault and we try to request rebate/refund from the cost that we need to transfer via bank plus the unsuccessful transaction, but we never get the refund yet till now

Airwallex have been extremely good to deal with. Their customer support has been super responsive to any questions we have had. We really like the professional dashboard interface once logged in and the ability to transfer funds quickly and at a very low cost per transaction. We highly recommend Airwallex to any business or person looking for a great banking partner.

Airwallex is just an amazing alternative to a traditional banks where you never know how much you end up spending while making cross boarder transactions with different currencies. Besides that - way more cooler UX, very responsive customer support, 24/7 access to your dashboard and fast transactions processing, both outwards and inwards.
