I'm a startup founder with a china/AUS/US footprint and found Airwallex setup to be very efficient and user-friendly (less than a day, even with a request for additional information). The FX savings for AUD/USD is 75% of what I would pay at my larger bank - a material savings for my operations.

It was very easy to open a bank account and got help swiftly.

I recently gave a customer incorrect transfer details, totally my fault, the transfer was quickly traced, returned to the customer who had received my corrected invoice and within a couple of days I received the transfer correctly.
