Issue resolved without drama

I recently changed my mobile phone and as a result lost my 2FA settings using my authenticator app. I expected this would be an insurmountable problem as my request bounced around various 3rd World outsourced 'service' centers without being understood or resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by a prompt and intelligent response that successfully resolved my issue quickly, efficiently, and competently. How refreshing.

Our company signed up and immediately saved over $3,000 on one transfer that our bank, The Commonwealth bank, refused to do at a better exchange rate. What they were offering was disgraceful. Airwallex offer amazing currency conversion rates, made opening a new account so easy and then when i had an issue Ziggy from the Melbourne office was on it and had it solved for us within a few minutes!
