I have worked with many payment companies, but Airwallex is the fastest response, the most perfect process, the best service company! The service coverage is also very wide!

Nice product and nice team

Airwallex provides us a very professional, hard working customer manager and customer service team. The product is easy to use and everything on the page is with good logic and very clear. Sometime we will face some issues such as having problem in receiving the verification code, but the technical team will be involved very fastly and give feedback and solve the problem.

Airwallex team has been perfect. The platform is great but still some hiccups.

We moved from Wise / Paypal to Airwallex a couple of years ago and it's been a fantastic experience for the most part. In particular our account manager Karen (and earlier Daniel) have been super responsive and helpful in resolving issues. There are definitely still rough edges and the occasional stuck transfers that I hope they can sort out. But on the whole this has been a good upgrade for our business.

Airwallex is easy to use with excellent customer-focused service

The platform is very easy to use and new features are added continuously. Tony, our account manager is proactive and gave very helpful tips to make the best out of the platform. Awesome work. I will definitely recommend their service.
