Life saver for HK companies. Don't know what I would have done without them

Have using Airwallex for 6 yrs

Have been using Airwallex global payout service for 6 yrs. The team is happy with their cost saving solution and promptness in problem shooting. Recently start to use their online payments product, their PSR beats the class A vendors and we are quite happy about it.

Nice product and nice team

Airwallex provides us a very professional, hard working customer manager and customer service team. The product is easy to use and everything on the page is with good logic and very clear. Sometime we will face some issues such as having problem in receiving the verification code, but the technical team will be involved very fastly and give feedback and solve the problem.

Airwallex team has been perfect. The platform is great but still some hiccups.

We moved from Wise / Paypal to Airwallex a couple of years ago and it's been a fantastic experience for the most part. In particular our account manager Karen (and earlier Daniel) have been super responsive and helpful in resolving issues. There are definitely still rough edges and the occasional stuck transfers that I hope they can sort out. But on the whole this has been a good upgrade for our business.
