Great for everyone no matter how you like to organize your work

What do you like best? I like that it is totally customizable, you can organize your work in basically any way that other tools would offer (trello, google sheets, etc) What do you dislike? All of the options can be a bit overwhelming at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to have all our teams put their work in one place, everyone knows where the need to go to find certain resources.
