What do you like best? Your new GUI makes this app a real pleasure, your excellent interface helps you to work through your tasks, menus, and views. Versatile System

What do you like best? I needed to use Airtable for a very customized project, and it was versatile enough to handle it. What do you dislike? Small learning curve for customizing it, but it was not a significant problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used Airtable to create a timeline that could be displayed in multiple ways to accent multiple different parts of the timeline.

Great attitude towards customers!

The platform is quite a steep learn for anyone new to working with databases but incredibly useful when incorporated into a workflow with zaps. I accidentally and unnecessarily set myself up for a paid account but customer service, although a little on the slow side, responded very graciously and refunded several months payments. Overall, I am delighted with the service and would recommend it.

Best web based database program I've used

What do you like best? It simple and easy to use. The interface is very intuitive. I was able to pick it up was watching many tutorials online which is unlike any other database software out there. It's like Microsoft Excel on steroids, without the complexity. What do you dislike? Sometimes I run into a feature that costs extra money.
