What do you like best about Airtable? Automations! Having data trigger emails, updates to records, Slack messages, etc has been huge. What do you like best about Airtable? It's super easy to get started -- if you can use Excel / GSheets, it's a pretty easy transition. Automations and integrations (e.g. Zapier) make it very powerful. There's also an active community for support, creating scripts and plugins, which I have used a lot to copy and adapt code snippets (even though I have no coding background).
