"Intuitive, flexible tool with a dynamic breadth of capability"

What do you like best about Airtable? Our team was able to self teach on getting onboarded and we quickly got most of our organization on board. At its core, it's easy to get into, but the capability is a mile wide if you continue to dig. What do you dislike about Airtable? The proofing tool could use some work.
