What do you like best about Airship? The best part is that once set up, as marketeers we can set up and control a whole host of different in-app experiences without waiting for app development and lengthy release cycles. The message centre works very well for us and has high customer engagement from the inbox. The customer success team are extremely helpful, and we get strong technical support too. Online tech documentation is also very thorough.

What do you like best about Airship? Airship allows us to create, view and track all comms that are regularly sent out in one place. It's user-friendly (once you have set up one kind of notification, the rest are intuitive) and the support team are very responsive and helpful.
