MIGRATED TO iGMS

Great Product just what I needed

I have been working with IGMS for a couple of months. It works great to keep my listings synced between Air BnB and VRBO

The IGMS is a great But need improvement

The IGMS is a great SW with great functionalities. Unfortunately still need to improve the synchronization system, as firm time to time, does not sync across multi calendars. Added to that, the multicalendar is terrible to watch, as it shows only one line on the screen and we have to scroll to the right to see the next days. Why IGMS does not show a calendar per month with all days in one single screen ? Need improvement

This platform is wonderful especially if you have multiple properties. The reports it provides are outstanding and include much details.

Great product with quick customer service

I’ve been using IGMS for 3+ years. They are quick to respond to customer service tickets and they are continually improving the product. Price is good too on a per unit basis.

IGMS is a good channel software…

IGMS is a good channel software platform. It helps manage my multiple listings across many sites.

Help is there when you need it

I have been with IGMS for a few years and have been very contented. Whenever I have a concern I always feel confident that I will get a reply within 24 hours or less. I also like the idea that I can see all reservations by the month, I can also use IGMS as my main calendar. The most important feature for me is the ability to contact my cleaning staff from the calendar section.

Great Channel Manager with a very good Support Team!

iGMS was our first Channel Manager, and turned out to be a great option to fit our needs! We rent rooms & apartments both through the Airbnb & Booking.com platforms, and thanks to iGMS we have had a very smooth season with practically no overbookings. The messaging/Inbox section is very useful, specially the template & automation functions. Very helpful platform. Helps save me a lot of time and headaches (ie, double bookings). Allows me to efficiently manage my properties.

IGMS is great!

IGMS has been great all in PMS for short term rentals. Really happy with their services. Support is also very responsive when help is needed.
