handy tool for managing your short-term rentals
It is a handy tool for managing your short-term rentals. I have been using this software for 3 months, while synchronized with dynamic pricing tools, and this has saved me countless hours on availability management and calendar synching across short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO). Terrible support only passing bugs
I tried to integrate my iGMS against my vrbo, received an error saying to contact their support which I did several times. Each time their response is that there is no fault n their end, contact vrbo to have it sorted. By the way, I contacted vrbo and iGMS is NOT even on their integration list they provide to me. Anyone interested in commencing a class action regarding the false advertisement?

"I Love Systems"
What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? IGMS has made the process move a lot smoother and easier. Having everything in one place and being able to manage it all under one umbrella has made my life easier. Added bonus to connecting the users to a platform for getting units cleaned. I’m happy with the service provided.

IGMS Support is fantastic
IGMS Support is fantastic. There are a lot of options for channel managers and they probably all do many of the same tasks. I can say though that IGMS system does it all and it works. If that is not enough, their support is extremely responsive and give you clear answers!

Versatility of Use

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. iGMS people replying quickly for any problem you have . I had an issue with integration with Booking.com , iGMS support helped me quickly to resolve that.
