I am still productive even if I am mobile!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Aircall lets me do my thing from just about anywhere. I love how versatile the platform is that even if I am mobile, I remain productive. With Aircall, I can take calls using my mobile phone when I step out of the office. That said, I can my schedule up so I won't receive calls when I am spending time on other important matters, like eating dinner with my loved ones or late at night when I have to rest. Poor calling, poor customer service

What do you like best? We can use it on a variety of devices, and it is relatively inexpensive. Because it does work all right, and it does not have constant issues, it isn't the worst option out there, especially because of the inexpensive price point that it is at, compared to other similar options. An imperative tool for startups!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I simply love how I don't have to register to an internet provider to get another number for our company. Everything I need is already within just one communication software. I also love that I am in total control over the rules of calls and their distribution among my colleagues. Reliable, affordable, effective to use

What do you like best? The ability for my team to answer calls that come in through our help line. We are able to transfer calls, monitor and reach our customers quickly and easily with either the online app or the web browser version of the software. What do you dislike? Great Online Phone solution

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and how quickly it takes to get set up! What do you dislike? Sometimes it will not read my headphones and I will have to reload the application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to have a reliable phone service that is easy to scale inside of a team.
