Easy to use and complete
What do you like best? It is very easy to use, has good integrations, especially with Salesforce and customer service is really reactive What do you dislike? Quality of calls is not always perfect, your internet connexion needs to be extremely powerful for it to work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to call everywhere in the world for an affordable price.

Aircall is good but could use some feature updates
What do you like best? I like that I can make calls from my computer. What do you dislike? Because the platform is over wifi, sometimes the calls can cut in and out. A good upgrade for a growing distributed organisation
What do you like best? Easy to set up, Answer Phone Fantastic. Text to speech setup but sounds very natural. Integrates into our teams tool set such as FrontApp. What do you dislike? No ability to turn off outbound call recording without also turning off inbound recording on a line. Due to legal requirements. we need to inform the caller before recording the call. That is fine for inbound calls (Automatic announcement) but outbound calls it makes it impossible to achieve. So we cannot ...

Wonderful Experience
What do you like best? Aircall was fantastic with customer support and onboarding. We were overly pleased with the the level of service. What do you dislike? There are some features that we had hoped existed, but it sounds like they are on the roadmap. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scalable customer team calling solutions.

Very satisfactory product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Since working with Aircall last year, we never encountered anything that really constitutes as a problem. It totally changes the way we handle incoming calls and we are consistent with our service as evidenced by satisfied costumers at the other end. What do you like best? Excellent zendesk integration tool and they have great support. Call quality is generally very clear, making it easy to use for support purposes. What do you dislike? Connection isn't always great depending on the location. Sometimes calls can get dropped depending on the wifi connection. Mostly good calls but sometimes spotty or a bad connection
What do you like best? It is very easy to use, and keep track of calls. It's also easy to add contacts. What do you dislike? It is sometimes spotty, lots of static, or a really bad connection. Recommendations to others considering the product: You'll figure out pretty quickly if it is right for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smart tool hat sometimes bugs
What do you like best? You can use Aircall anywhere, with multiple team members, and the features list is quite advacned What do you dislike? A lot of the times, there are bugs. However, usually the Aircall-Team is quick to respond What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
