What do you like best? I like that it's fast ,easy to use ,clear sound,and totally convenient,no matter where you are,basically you have the world in your phone. What do you dislike? Well ,sometimes,it takes time to dial,and depends on your internet connection,in order to have a good sound,you better have good internet. What problems are you solving with the product? Great service, easy onboarding (managed with no assistance), great customer care people

What do you like best? The ease of use - I registered for the trial and was up and running literally in a matter of minutes. Migrating our old (and quite cumbersome) service was really easy. 1) Their service and customer service is rubbish. Every single call was poor quality.2) Their apps don't work properly.2) Their pricing is deceptive. You're charged way more than what you agree to.

Fast Improving solution

What do you like best? The solution appears to improve every month passing by. Constant improvement cycle is impressive. What do you dislike? ring tones! and sometimes it keeps ringing on other devices after a call is picked up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multi-device is key. Ability for users to answer calls from laptops or mobiles and of course to manage users.

What do you like best? Paul Walker, the rep who assisted me in the Aircall demo, was exceptional. Very patient, accommodating, and skillful in the way he explained the ins and outs of Aircall. Smooth experience

What do you like best? Aircall is awesome. The experience is second to none and I love the minimalist design of the mobile app. It makes our sales team more efficient. I especially love that it's easy to get a phone number from a new country, which makes it easier to expand to new countries.
