It's a good phone solution
What do you like best? Adding and managing numbers as well as users is pretty easy and intuitive. What do you dislike? The integrations with other tools are not super flawless, also the support is pretty slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a phone solution implemented as well as using the phone solution for internal and external calls. It should help us to scale.

What do you like best? Aircall made monitoring , creating reports and analytics much much easier. What do you dislike? Retrieving voicemails for the call center could me easier. And I would like to be able to run analytics on each of my reps and how long they are in after and do not disturb daily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again my reporting is much easier and correct with Aircall.

Class leading ease of use, little software bugs here and there.
What do you like best? Aircall walks you through the setup process and its systems as well as sending plenty of resource material. It is easy to pick up and use, easy to connect to your lines and CRM systems, and transparent on logged calls. What do you dislike? Headset settings are finicky. Great solution with a lot good features
What do you like best? It has a mobile app which works seamlessly alongside the desktop version. There are a lot of great features such as: call recording; conferencing; crm integration; automatic logging; prompting for notes; multiple external numbers What do you dislike? Not much so far. It hasn't caused any issues What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It rids the world annoyance of traditional desk phones ringing around the office

What do you like best? Great team of sales, support & tech ppl What do you dislike? The company is new so the CTI isn’t yet ready but will be soon. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to deploy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great calls with fantastic Salesforce Integration
What do you like best? Easy integration with Salesforce allows for smooth and easy calling all over the world within seconds. What do you dislike? I've had some issues with France with some lagging, but an alternate solution was given by the technical team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quickly being able to call to different countries without losing valuable time by configuring time zones and calculating prefixes.

Great all in one solution
What do you like best? I especially like the level of call quality I receive when making and receiving calls. What do you dislike? It would be good if I could have a personalised voicemail facility What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I wouldn't be able to do my job without Aircall. Contacting new clients is crucial for me.

It' not that great
What do you like best? I like the fact that we can have all our queues in one system. I also like the fact that I can pinpoint a call that I am looking for and I do not need to ask someone for a call recording. This makes it more efficient and life easy for everyone in the workplace.
