Why Did We Not Sign Up Sooner?!?
What do you like best? I like that I can work anywhere and still be connected so easily to my office line. It is also useful to monitor team call stats and have the ability to monitor trends. The ability to listen into live calls and record for training purposes makes it an excellent tool for development. What do you dislike? Watch your bank account use this useless feature set
What do you like best? The training process only because the representative was professional. What do you dislike? You name it the support once we were live. What do you like best? I have dealt with and researched at least 10 different phone solutions. I cannot stress enough that the minds behind the front-end of the software have designed such an intuitive interface that I have personally witnessed both technical and non-technical people set it up with ease. Honest Aircall review from a working student
What do you like best? First of all: It works. So far (working with aircall for 6 months now) there was never a problem with aircall. Doesn´t matter if I´m calling the people from my working pc or my laptop at home. The call quality is nearly perfect. I´m writing nearly, because every now and then there calls with very bad sound quality, but I think that is not an issue of aircall, but an issue of the ones I was calling. Nice slick UI and does the job
What do you like best? I like the Mobile App - very intuitive and easy to use. Nice UI, clean and easy to follow. Does the job. What do you dislike? Sometimes can be a little buggy with the audio connection e.g. when selecting AirPods. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Calling people from around the world instantly.

Avoid at all costs.
What do you like best? Nothing. It's more expensive than the competitors. Their integration with anything is awful; what's the use of the power dialer if hubspot communication is not bi-directional. What do you dislike? Everything. There support is awful, integration is awful. They wont let us out of our contract even though we are severely unhappy. Great tool for VoIP calling
What do you like best? It just works. We plugged it to Hubspot within a few minutes and the workflow for our Sales and CS teams is simple. What do you dislike? A bit pricy, and I don't have analytics with the Premium plan. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can easily scale our Support and Sales operations.

Simple and effective calling app
What do you like best? I use aircall from my Macbook and iPhone, and we share a lot of call recordings internally for staff training. It's great how fast it is, and how simple the apps are to use. What do you dislike? I've found the iPhone app UI a bit confusing sometimes, it's easy to call, but I haven't worked out how the address book syncs with my contacts (seems a bit random, though I also haven't spend much time looking into it). Easy to use software
What do you like best? Handling is intuitive as similar to smartphone, split between inbox and history makes sense What do you dislike? Great on the surface, but not so good in practice
What do you like best? Easy to setup and configure. Modern user interface. Call recordings are awesome and easy to access on mobile. The availability status on mobile makes a ton of sense also. What do you dislike? Significant delay when picking up the phone. There's a noticeable lag when talking that sometimes makes conversations really awkward (even on super fast Fiber based internet).
