Easy to use

What do you like best? It's an easy to use product, the interface is clean and small, which allows you to answer calls and work on other programs at the same time. What do you dislike? If the internet connection isn't super fast, then there is a delay with the caller. Recommendations to others considering the product: Overall good software. However, make sure to choose the right voip provider, as this can make the aircall experience better or worse. What problems are you solving ...

Good for SMB

What do you like best? Simplicity, easy of use, quick setup, perfect for small start-up. Aircall has also a mobile app, that's a huge difference and perfect for Local Sales. The tool has many connections with CRMs, especially with Salesforce. SF Integration with Aircall is standard, it's a great point because you don't have to create multiple custom objects, everything is logged in standard activities? What do you dislike? Low customization, low quality of service, not adapted for ...

The Best App to make Calls

What do you like best? It's great for making calls both nationally and internationally, I had calls in Mexico and with collegues from all around the world with great hearing and results always. What do you dislike? Nothing really, at this time I do not have any dislikes with the app. Maybe the only pain point I may say is the Chrome extension sometimes has a little bit of delay on adding the phones to the desktop app. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great ...

Has it's benefits, but pricey

What do you like best? We were on Dialpad before this, but we did not like their contact management and SMS so we switched to Aircall+Front integration. It is costly, but does get the job done. It is not perfect and expensive. Hence the review. But it gets the job done for a small company. What do you dislike? Aircall is really pricey for the features they offer. We pay about 70$ per user + phone minutes. Occasionally there are some bugs where the headset did not connect or when ...
