What do you like best? The interface is simple. Perhaps too simple though. What do you dislike? The phone does not ring for customers. There is no difference between the 'ring' and 'hold music' in Aircall. It's the same message either way. This should be two separate sounds. The mobile app does NOT work. Excellent phone tool with reliable customer support

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are able to provide a lot of international numbers that our customers can use to contact us and not spend so much time manning the service. We also love how responsive and impressive Aircall's customer support is. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We hope they roll out a native mobile app for Android. Simple platform, easy connectivity

What do you like best? The ease of use and the fact you can connect your existing VoIP numbers to the portfolio and make and receive business calls. What do you dislike? IP connection can be bad a times, (although this is down to wifi connection). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product itself is good, but their people and processes let them down.

These guys are lucky that their product is so good - it's definitely the best SaaS phone system I've reviewed and implemented. Unfortunately, what would have been a 5 star review is let down by their incompetent customer facing people and processes that don't work.Right from the outset it was difficult to get a sales person to even talk to me, and the trend of non communication carried on through the technical implementation, which I just did myself because it's too hard to deal with them. ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Aircall is user-friendly, which translates to quick adoption and implementation for our business. The transition from Talkdesk was seamless and took less amount of time than expected. Once we got Aircall running, our agents are on a roll. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
