They have deceptive pricing

They have deceptive pricing. They charged me with licenses I didn't use for months. And I was getting charged for the things I didn't agree to. Highly NOT recommended. Please do not use Aircall. I should have used Skype for business if I've known this earlier.

Aircall

What do you like best? It's so quick and easy to just pop open the app and copy/paste a number into it. The great thing is that the number can have spaces or a + or a symbol for example and it will just recognise the numbers and take these out when you copy/paste. My previous VoIP tool didn't do this so I manually had to remove spaces and + or () for example. Love the ability to call from an international phone number, you just pick a country. It's great at recognising international dial ...

Head of Sales

What do you like best? We trialled a number of different phone solutions and the simple fact is Aircall was the most intuitive and easy to use system I have seen for VOIP and call recording. This is a great system for global telephony and we rarely get issues now calling in more remote areas which we used to on our previous system. What do you dislike? Some of our staff have issues with connecting Bluetooth vs wired headphones, however we have found these gradually iron out. ...

We've been using Aircall for our sales…

We've been using Aircall for our sales and support teams for the last 2 years and it's solved every problem we've had with our last 3 phone systems. Easy to setup, excellent call quality, and the user experience and integrations are seamless. Will implement this tool with every team I ever lead.

Simple, beautiful & easy to use

What do you like best? This is an awesome replacement to a regular phone! The set up is incredibly simple, and the UX is beautifully designed. The integrations are seamless, and the software just works. We are about to port our numbers to move off our older system, and this really puts us in a space to allow WFH when we didn't have the option prior. I love that they publish their tech roadmap, and take suggestions from their users. What do you dislike? Nothing huge as yet! This has ...

We are client of aircall and the service sucks

We are client of aircall and the customer service is rubbish. To avoid at all cost. We will be moving our phone system somewhere else. We have had a ticket for 10 days and still no answer. The support line is also not working.

Possibly the best Unified Communications or Omnichannel Call Center and VoIP service to use

What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to use and setup and integrate with other software, web apps and services when building and testing a UC - Unified Communications Contact Center or OmniChannel. I have been testing and using it with HubSpot and Slack and started using it not just for my clients but for my own company as well. Support is superior and my experience is amazing. I truly recommend AirCall. I have even applied to become their partner, that also is the best ...
