Right, so we got a number from Aircall, and it seems like the number has belonged to a lot of other companies before us. We keep on getting calls from people that are mainly trying to reach: 1. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is easier for me to do various tasks at once when I’m using Aircall. The convenient copy-paste feature is a big help. When it works, it's great!

What do you like best? I like that it integrates with HubSpot and is pretty easy to use. I also really like that it logs calls and records them so I can go back and listen if needed. I love the fact that it completely dissolves the need for a physical phone line since it's web-based. This is great because we can work virtually anywhere and make/take calls as needed. What do you like best? Paul was extremely helpful and had outstanding communication with our company and myself. He gave exceptional dedication to helping us out with our transition to Aircall. I love all the different ringtones and how user friendly it is

What do you like best? The copy paste feature, it makes it easier to multitask. What do you dislike? When aircall goes down unexpectedly and then I have to use my personal # What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I can call... I was one of their first 50 customers, supported them for years but lately the support became we dont care, you are not 100+ users and we don't answer!
