Efficient. Reliable
What do you like best? I like the power dialer and the ability to click the green hyperlink on pages to quickly dial a single number. What do you dislike? The call designation following a call. There needs to be a no answer, disconnect, do not solicit, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: implement into CRM for power dialer options What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to hunt for contacts quickly ...

Aircall Stands Out
What do you like best? When it comes to making and receiving calls, no one wants to have to think about it, it should be simple, seamless, easy, but it has to work perfectly. Aircall has all the key features one would expect with a cloud-based call center app, but it's the user experience that matters. And Aircall does that perfectly. What do you dislike? Aircall lacks robust SMS text messaging functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Great 3rd party integrations + analytics + call quality
What do you like best? The 3rd party integrations (Twilio, Front app, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is what I like the most about Aircall. It really helps us build Aircall within our existing Tech stack What do you dislike? I wish the mobile app was a bit more robust in features, the desktop has substantially more features than does the mobile app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - the initial problem we solved was that our previous ...

Terrible company
Terrible company. Signed up for a trial and was waiting for someone to contact me regarding a startup plan. I followed up at least 7 times before I got an initial response requiring more info. Following my reply, I was blocked from their support system. ( Intercom ). If you are looking for an alternative, try Justcall.I wish I came here to read the reviews as they all resonate as to how I was treated as a potential customer.

They Just quoted me almost 500$ for 6 users. This is crazy! Please note, the prices on their website aren't their real prices. They charge between $0.10 - 1$ PER MIN for outbound calls. Absolute Ludacris! in theory, I would be spending over 800$ per month with just some international calling. TALK ABOUT SCAMS!

Pretty poor customer service and ethical practises, billing errors which they justify by contradicting them selves and making false claims, need to learn if they want to build long term relationships. Will be moving away.

Worst service and support
Worst service and support. They've raised so much money they've forgotten about the customers that supported them at early stages and their product seems to be going backwards

Fantastic when it begins functioning well
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is a highly convenient tool that is perfectly compatible with Hub Spot, and it efficiently saves and records calls and their details for reviewing. It makes physical telephones obsolete, lets us make and receive calls anytime, as well as it features a mobile app version. This helps us work even when we’re away from our desktop computers. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It fails now and then. For example, ...

All about the Aircall platform
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has a simple and convenient function. You only need to open the app, paste the number in an edit box, then make a call. It even handles international numbers and dial codes by simply selecting the right country. In addition, it automatically removes extra spaces and symbols from a set of numbers, so I do not need to manually delete them for a call to succeed. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I encounter some ...
