What do you like best? It shows the customer information, such as the time and weather. I like this can be connected with Shopify. Every time when a customer calls me, I am ready because I have the name that I am able to look his/her up. This saves both parties time in the purpose of the phone call. My experience with Aircall during high…
My experience with Aircall during high volume hours is overall ok. I call around 100 people a day plus. The biggest issue is voice lag on calls. The calls slow down randomly and the conversation begins to overlap. It gets very confusing for the customer. Also, an auto app update feature might resolve issues with headset connectivity.-Thanks

User friendly with windows desktop app.
What do you like best? Desktop application is easy to use and works well. Call quality has been awesome. What do you dislike? I wish all new calls, even the ones that I answer would go to my Aircall app To-Do calls, and not be automatically archived to history. This would make sure that any actions associated with a new call does not get missed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Affordable VOIP phone system.

What do you like best? I like the features where you can see who is calling and it connects to our Hubspot system so I can pull student's profile up. I also like that you can click to dial and view call history. What do you dislike? Sometimes quality of call cuts in and out or drops calls. Good solution for soft VOIP
What do you like best? Ease of programming, app access on laptop & phone What do you dislike? No ability to text message, no desk phone support Recommendations to others considering the product: Carefully consider current and future VOIP needs. What problems are you solving with the product? Useful calling tool for easy phone collaboration
What do you like best? Easily supports call channeling and works with our Hubspot account. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. Tool has been very helpful for our business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use aircall to route all phone calls to the appropriate members of our team.

The best and most flexible phone service you will find.
What do you like best? We have always been a remote team and Aircall truly allows us to scale our support. Beast features are who easily calls integrate to all the CRM and other apps you use. So sharing call notes, recording etc is fully integrated with native APIs. What do you dislike? Only thing I would like to see improve is the reporting for call tags within the aricall app. We have to download a xl file and then make reports for some of the granular info we report on. Also ...
