Would recommend

What do you like best? It does what it's supposed to do, with incoming and outgoing calls, voicemails, transferring and assigning calls. The plugin integrations with other systems are also very useful. What do you dislike? There is a bit of delay with long distance calls. Expect 1 to 2 seconds. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Engaging and supporting customers around the globe.

It is an OK phone system but needs improvements and quite pricey

What do you like best? We were on Dialpad before this, but we did not like their contact management and SMS so we switched to Aircall+Front integration. It is costly, but does get the job done. It is not perfect and expensive. Hence the review. But it gets the job done for a small company. What do you dislike? Aircall is really pricey for the features they offer. We pay about 70$ per user + phone minutes. Occasionally there are some bugs where the headset did not connect or when ...

Aircall does a great job and is great addition to any sales team or organization.

What do you like best? The familiar interface is easy to use. The small features such as showing the timezone you are calling into is also extremely helpful. Keeping contacts organized is a breeze and your own organization is all set up for you to easily call and connect with teammates. What do you dislike? While we have not experienced many outages it has happened a few times. They are quick to fix these though. Apart from this, normally call quality is unreal, and occasionally I ...

Great connection and solid iPhone and desktop app!

What do you like best? The ability to forward calls and see a quick history of the phone log. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app has switched from round robin to whoever answers first. Easy to use! Reliable!

What do you like best? Easy to use. Aircall has been very user friendly & reliable. The layout is straightforward and easy to navigate. I like how all of my missed calls are in one location and I can access them quickly.I really like being able to see which agents are on a call or if their line is open. What do you dislike? On rare occasion the call quality has not been great. There can be a delay and it can be somewhat annoying. It makes it more difficult if there are several people ...
