Good functionality, however the UI has persistent issues with connectivity via a bluetooth headset

Aircall ensures I'm available to customers, even when I'm not in my inbox
What do you like best? The mobile app when I'm on the go and click to dial when I'm on my computer. What do you dislike? There's a bit of a lag when answering the call, when the call comes through to your phone and laptop at the same time. Great product with solid service - the tech is much better than our old solution.
What do you like best? Quick onboarding, extensive routing options and leading technology. The system is fairly customizable and the support (both help desk and our customer success rep) are responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? The reporting is a bit clunky. It's good when it's good.
What do you like best? The recording feature is great. Any time we need to reference a problem or specific conversation, it's mostly easy to find. What do you dislike? The search feature in history isn't very good. I can search by DOT# (which we use as our "first name") or the company name and nothing will come up. If I search the phone number it will come up, but only if it's exactly typed in how it was saved in the contact. So if there's a + in the front or - between numbers, ...
