What do you like best? User friendly, can take notes on calls, assign to teammates, and the design is sleek. I like the dashboard and the stats as well! KPI are made easy. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app leave me loged in and in the mornings it's unable to put me online.

What do you like best? That aircall record all the calls, and some times you can listen in a correctly way so this is a good stuff What do you dislike? The little format of the app, maybe it can be bigger What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's to easy to transfer calls, internal extensions or external.
