What do you like best? We have found it to be very reliable for our calls and no dropouts. Set up was pretty straight forward in Salesforce and the support is very good. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The search methods and ease of use. Also the intuitive mode of application What do you dislike? Aircall is good and easy to use tool,but bugs and customer service is making me annoyed sometimes

The best phone system for call centers

What do you like best? They are very responsive on feedback and integrations to adapt to our workflow. I have used other apps and on our company we decided to transition to Aircall, so far it's been a good transition and we like the user intarface, the stabe connection and they just keep making it better with every update.
