Functionally very good

Would be nice to have a few extra features, like being able to have those calling in select options without having to have a slew of telephone numbers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using tracking to hit SLAs, listening to call recordings to solve problems

Seamless Calling Integration

What do you like best? How you can call multiple people at once, and add others to the same call. What do you dislike? Very little, there is the occasional bug and their integration with Salesloft isnt the best. Also they charge extra to integrate with Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Really its super easy to get a callback and it fits into my workflows easily.

The Best App to make Calls

What do you like best? It's great for making calls both nationally and internationally, I had calls in Mexico and all Latam with collegues and clients from all around the world with great hearing and results always. What do you dislike? Nothing really, at this time I do not have any dislikes with the app. Maybe the only pain point I may say is the Chrome extension sometimes has a little bit of delay on adding the phones to the desktop app or can bother while copying a link to a ...

Our solution for customer support has been upgraded to company wide software.

What do you like best? Aircall has been a super simple solution for our customer experience team, something that is easy to onboard my new teammates with and easy to use with updates that are clear and useful. Customer information integrates well into Kustomer (our support software.) What do you dislike? Currently, Aircall doesn't have a native integration with our customer support software (Kustomer), thus Aircall is open in a different app then that and we don't get transcribed text ...

Great phone app for work

What do you like best? It's very easy to use, quality of calls is great, tagging system is good What do you dislike? You can't see who called the caller previously so it makes transferring to the right person a longer process (ie a caller will call and say they're returning a missed call and don't know who from, but while I'm on the phone with them i can't search in the app to see who last called them) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Aircall is good, but can be great.

What do you like best? I like that Aircall's VOIP quality is amazing, calls rarely drop and the clarity in which I can have a conversation over the phone is great. They are a great system to integrate with other apps such as gong and our CRM. What do you dislike? Aircall does not currently support a texting feature. They do offer the integration with Sakari but their UI is not the best and the down side is that this is another app I have to use. I know they have said that they will ...

I use Aircall on a daily basis for my job - it's reliable, clean, and I couldn't recommend more!

What do you like best? Aircall is crucial to my daily tasks, I'm calling 30+ people per day for my day job and I never have any issues using Aircall. My calls are clear, the application is accessible on my phone and desktop, and my voicemails come through clearly. It's also really easy to transfer calls to my colleagues if I need to. What do you dislike? There's really nothing I can say I dislike! My experience has been very positive. It's a great app! What problems are you solving ...

Aircall is Fantastic❤️

What do you like best? The ease of use and ability to record calls as well as the reporting. What do you dislike? Would love a more natural automated voicemail voice. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the switch! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer service and not having any missed calls. We have improved drastically with both areas since switching over

Small and easy softphone with all the required functions.

What do you like best? Easy to install and easy to use. Recordings are available at any time. What do you dislike? There are not a lot of things I dislike with Aircall. Good noise reduction function would be much appreciated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer Support service. Better customer experience than the previous softphone.
