What do you like best? ability to call international for business What do you dislike? I do not like that it asks me how the call was every time I call. Even if the person doesn't answer Recommendations to others considering the product: A lot of bang for your buck What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Aircall Rocks! Great Phone Support System
What do you like best? I've tried a lot of apps with similar purpose but this is by far the best. Easy to use, great features and advanced analytics and reporting. One of the features I also like the most is I can listen remotely to my colleague and I can learn how they handle calls. Our customers can leave a message to our voicemails and we can get back to them right away if it's an urgent call request. Reliable and Easy to Use
What do you like best? I like the Shopify integration notifying me of the customer's info even before I pick up the phone. I also enjoy the chrome extension which allows me to call number on a web page or in a email at the click of a button. What do you dislike? Mobile app is buggy. Aircall for Business
What do you like best? The ability to use Aircall on my work laptop or on my phone allows members of the team to not have to carry a work phone with them. We are now more easily able to work on the weekends, on call. Being able to transfer calls and talk to your team mate first is so valuable. It has made my job 100x easier. Highly recommend.
What do you like best? the ease of calling multiple people in a short period of time. What do you dislike? sometimes the browser extension acts funny. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am making more sales than i ever could with just my cellphone alone, and work calls are not merging with my normal life because aircall is its own platform with its own number.

What do you like best? You can easily get your phone numbers whether they're national or international, then set up your call center and have your team ready to make their calls from anywhere no matter if they are physically in the office or working from home. Easy to understand and utilize
What do you like best? Aircall's interface is very easy to use and is great for working from home! It has simple to interpret statistics and is able to be integrated with a multitude of other CRM platforms - we currently have it integrated with Intercom & Zendesk.
