Aircall app is very intuitive and user friendly. Functions and features are very easy to learn.
What do you like best? Aircall app is very intuitive and user friendly. Functions and features are very easy to learn. I also like the interface of the app. It's something that I can place over my screen along with other open applications. The dashboard option is very helpful for our daily operations strategy. Call tagging feature is useful in identifying call trends App can also be integrated into other apps we're using. . Overall experience is good on this app. What do you ...

Aircall has EVERYTHING, except SMS
What do you like best? The power dialer is great. Pull up any page with phone numbers and they are parsed by the chrome extension and added to a list. This gives aircall the ability to be ubiquitous within your systems. You don't need a traditional CRM, however aircall integrates easily with other systems. Aircall also provides an API for development. What do you dislike? There is no SMS. This is a big problem. Text messaging is a communication standard that should be incorporated ...

Terrible experience with Aircall
Terrible experience with Aircall. I haven't been able to get the product to a position I can roll it out to my team and they have ignored my support tickets despite me following up almost daily for weeks now. I am paying for multiple licenses which I can't use because of a number of issues which Aircall will not resolve or address.

Decent UX, bad pricing
Windows softphone UX is fantastic. Prices are horrifically expensive - so many other companies offering the same thing for a fraction of their cost. No unlimited outbound minutes, no free inbound toll-free, no SMS included, some of the highest per minute charges and pretty high user charges per month.Customer service is OK-ishYou need to pay for min 3 users so no good for small companies

Aircall is very useful and handy. However there can be a lot of bugs.
What do you like best? Aircall is helpful as you can call people from your laptop. It is also good as everything is in on one app. However my favorite thing about aircall is that it is very quick and efficient. I also like that aircall does not take up much space on my computer. This is handy as it means that I have a lot of space for other important business apps on my computer. What do you dislike? Aircall has many bugs. This can be annoying as I have to regularly restart my ...

Game Changer
What do you like best? Aircall gives us the office functionality without being in the office. We are able to take calls and transfer calls with ease. Also we are able to use our business number so that when we call our customers they see our local business number on their caller ID. What do you dislike? We haven't ran into any issues while using Aircall. So right now there's nothing to dislike. It's a great piece of software. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Their sales and support org makes using Aircall difficult
Been using Aircall for around a year and I wish we hadn't! We implemented thinking it would be an improvement over Zendesk. The product itself is pretty user friendly and does what we need it to, but it's like pulling teeth trying to accomplish anything with their sales and support team. Every time we've needed to port over a number or complete something basic to customize the solution (which is basic stuff for a system like this) I've had to follow up with their team multiple times. When ...

Easiest to use calling app for business
What do you like best? Aircall is easy to use and integrates great with Pipedrive! Automatically posting call recordings, answer phone messages and any missed calls straight into deals, my team and I can keep a consistent history of al; deal activity in one location. Friendly and helpful support when I have needed it too! What do you dislike? I have found the Aircall integration with Intercom quite finicky to use on Chrome in the past. Sometimes leading to leads being unable to speak. ...
