Mixed feelings tbhGood:- easy setup- setting up numbers, routing & conditionsBad:- unfriendly customer service that blames you- BE AWARE: if you add users, you need to pay for this additional user 1 year upfront independent of the fact that user exists after 1 month - we scaled up to 6 users and now we only need 3 spots, so 3 spots we paid for & won't get our money back- pricey for the benefit you get

I was going to give them 3 reviews but after seeing they even manipulate the review I will give them 1. They have some good features but their service sucks. Their transition process is worse. Be prepared to get harassed for a week to 10 days to get your service going without any support. The salesperson throws you out once you make the payment and then you have no contact at all. App has given me problems and I could not access the archived the missed calls for 4-6 weeks now. The only ...

Very simple to use. Great connections.

What do you like best? I like best that i can copy & paste the phone numbers i want to call. What do you dislike? I would prefer the default screen to be th dial pad once a call ends. It currently defaults to the History What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't encountered any problems. The benefits i've encountered have been the streamlined process.

I ported my business number over and regret I did. I can receive calls from the number but I cannot make outgoing calls.
