Great tool to use with multiple colleagues
Great tool to use with multiple colleagues, especially if you need to analyze calls or don't remember what the conversation was about, you can just click on replay.The only disadvantage is that when wifi is not at its strongest there are always quality issues and it's hard to have a normal conversation with your clients.

Perfect as a business tool
This tool combines all necessary things to have a successfull communication with your business partners - very good sound quality, recordings of your calls (perfect for using these for educational purposes) and a very user friendly interface. Thumbs up!Patrick

Great tool!
Great tool for a small business to be able to keep the office with them on the move.Easy to transfer calls to colleagues and picks up almost all numbers from the interment, documents and even our CRM.One brilliant feature is that it records all of our calls and saves them as a note on our in house system under the correct contact.Very happy with Aircall

Reliable Phone App That Is Quick and Value-Rich
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Aircall is user-friendly, which translates to quick adoption and implementation for our business. The transition from Talkdesk was seamless and took less amount of time than expected. Once we got Aircall running, our agents are on a roll. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks Hipchat integration but this is more of a niche need than anything else. I would welcome lots of third party integration although it ...
